The Sydney Heads (also simply known as The Heads) form the entrance to Sydney Harbour in Sydney.
On the right of this picture we have the Ocean, on the left Sydney Harbour.
The Hornby Lighthouse, located on South Head, is Australia’s third-oldest lighthouse.
Cape Byron is the easternmost point of the mainland of Australia and a sign marks the precise point.
The walk to the Lighthouse offers beautiful views of the bay and of the surrounding areas.
The lighthouse is situated a couple of miles from Portland, Maine.
Its construction began in 1787 under George Washington’s direction, while Maine was still part of the state of Massachusetts.
