Montmartre, scenic hill in Paris, has gathered many artists during the last few centuries. Crowded with tourists during weekends, the main attraction of the area is the Basilica of the Sacré Cœur, visible in the picture.
The symbol of Paris seen from the Trocadéro.
My favourite spot of the city.
Not just chimera statues and gargoyles, this cathedral is one of the most famous gothic buildings in the world
Built for “Exposition Universelle” of 1889, this iron lattice tower is named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built it.
Mr. Eiffel designed the interior structural elements of the Statue of Liberty in New York City, too.
A visit to the observation deck offers a spectacular view of the whole city.
